「なぜですかああ？(悲」ってメールがきた RE:延長お願いします！RE:試してみた：これは楽しい！個人でもお気楽にクラウド気分が味わえる「CloudShare」

先日、試用期限の延長について書いたCloudSharePROですが、今度は「もうすぐ期限切れっす」のメールを無視してみました。

そしたら「なぜですかあああ？(悲」ってメールが来ました(笑)
わろたらいかんわな。。。

We're sad to see you go, and wondering why you left.

こんなに残念感を出しまくってくるのは珍しい。。。

アンケートに答えてもいいし、このメールに返信してくれてもいいから、と、きちんと利用者の所感を得ようとするところは個人的に共感できました。

特に、このメールへの返信でもいいからって件は好きですね。

最近「このメールには返信してくれるな」っていうところが多いですしね。

ちなみにアンケートの方も5項目＋1事由記入欄のシンプルなものでした。

まだ使うから答えなかったけど(笑)
